According to my father, the owner of the retriever which bit Sparky already paid for Sparky's medical expenses. And apparently he paid just one day after the incident happened.

At least he's not so irresponsible and heartless as I thought. I was too quick to judge, my bad. Sparky's wounds are healing really very nicely now, but he still keeps forgetting that he has a big head (because of the cone he's required to wear), and still goes round knocking his big head against things. So cute.

University of London is sucking me dry of money. -_-"

Attended my NPCC farewell function earlier this evening. Very glad to be able to end my service with the batch of cadets that was under my charge since they were sec 2.

Now that I have my framed drill cane, I'm going to remove all the useless posters from my wall and hang the drill cane up, YAY!

It's been a year and two months for us. Lots of ups and downs. I pray that the ups will always prevail the downs.

Finally, my turn to receive my framed drill cane!

Sparky is home. My Mom, younger brother and I went to pick him up from Mount Pleasant Hospital this morning before heading to work.

The little one whinned upon seeing us and gave a little shriek when he somehow exerted his wound a little. Poor baby. He's fine now, all except for that little bald spot on his mid-section with the purple stitch, as well as that cute cone on his head to prevent him from licking his wound.

The owner of the retriever that bit Sparky refuses to pay for Sparky's medical fees, and claimed that he doesn't know of what happened because his maid did not tell him about anything. What a lie. If that was the case, then why was his standing by the window and peering around the neighbourhood and retreated back into the shadows when we walked past and looked up?

Nontheless, I'm glad Sparky's doing okay. Pictures up next, and they may be a little disturbing.

Before he was mended. --- Another of his unmended wound

Nasty stitches! --- And there, him with the cone on his head.

OH MY GAWD! Sparky got bitten by a retriever in my neighbourhood! He's at the hospital now, with stitches on him, my poor baby!

Stupid maid of that retriever lost hold of its leash and that retriever came charging at Sparky. DAMN! My dad even had a fight with that retriever, can you imagine? WTF?!

He'll be discharged tomorrow morning. Poor baby!

My Math and Econs Bridging exams are finally over! And I'm so damn afraid that I'll flunk them. Sigh.

It's back to work on Monday, and will be working till the end of the 1st week of September. Thereafter I'll be a full-fledged student. My colleague told me that the cashiers were asking where I am, so did the people at Level 7, as well as the policy delivery man.

I went missing for merely 2 weeks and they realised! My aim of keeping a low profile didn't work. Quite happy to go back to work, because I get to see all those nice people (who are not within my organisation) again! =)

Sometimes, life just gets so tiring that I simply want to put everything down and walk away from it all. Today is one of those days.

Maybe because I'm physically drained, so that might be the cause of me feeling this way. Maybe it's also due to a lack of food in me, but I don't think that's the case for today. Somehow, I think I'm hungry, and I know I'm super thirsty.

I'm going to leave everything behind. And this post makes no sense.

My bridging course exams for Math and Econs are coming up real soon, in just a matter of days. And I've yet to start studying for them.

After almost 4 years of black hair, I've had enough. I'm no longer bounded by the corps, so let's unleash it all! Muahaha! My boy might be joining me soon too.
