Before Mom left for work at 8 this morning, she called me on my handphone and anxiously asked where I was, for my room door was ajar, and I wasn't burrowed in my bed.

"I thought what happened to you," she said.

I think she forgot about my morning class today. Mother's Love.
Insomnia strikes again. And I have to be up by 6.15am for school. =(

This coming weekend is burnt too. I'll be in school for lessons from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Tobias sounds delicious. LOL.

My elder brother's red Mazda RX-8 is here, and it's sizzling hot! His bidden car plate license consists of his initials and our double-digit house number, which makes it damn personalised. Sweet.

A couple of days back, we popped by Tom's Palette for homemade ice cream to satisfy my sudden ice cream craving attack.

Left (his): Granny's Favourite + Mango
Right (mine): Apple Pie + Black Sesame

The texture of the ice cream was thick, smooth and creamy. And in addition, there were bits of things to chew on, yummy!

To add on to the sinful indulgence, we had the following today:

My sweetest drug brought me to Island Creamery (because he was craving for ice cream) and we had a double scoop of Fresh Banana & Chendol. The Chendol was a let down (to me), but the Fresh Banana was very good. Full of banana oomph and goodness. Delicious!

Being around the area, we went for Avocado Milkshake again. This time, we gave the chocolate infused avocado milkshake a try. Not too bad, but I still prefer original. And so, that's my lunch (ice cream) and dinner (avocado milkshake). =)

The weather's been very upsetting lately. So much so that I came home with my jeans totally soaked up to knee level. An umbrella is not good enough, I need a diving suit. -_-

In celebration of our 13th month, I suggested to go to Tao's for lunch. Food was a notch above average, coupled with friendly, attentive and commendable service, what more can one ask for?

Lunch was a 6-course affair - 5 dishes, 1 beverage.

Entrance

Starters (standard)
Lightly toasted bread with Bacon & Mushroom Gratin

Salads
(1) Ham & Spud Salad
(2) Fruit Salad

Soups
(1) Cream of Mushroom
(2) Cream of Pumpkin

Main Entrees
(1) Slow Cooked Pork Back Ribs
(2) Baked Atlantic Flounder with Cheese

Desserts
(1) Green Tea Ice Cream
(2) Creme Brulee

Beverages
Left: Ice Grassjelly Mint Tea
Right: Ice Grape Mallow Tea

Every single dish above was really very good. Worthy of a revisit!

Stuffed and satisfied, we left Tao's barely able to stand straight.

Ah-ha, he-who-doesn't-want-to-be-named is back from his trip, and he came back with all these goodies for me:

He gave me the benefit of being the first one to choose everything. From the Disneyland keychain, to the different flavours of donuts.

(credits to my elder bro for doing up this display)

And this is a cross-section of the only filled donut, which everybody agreed was the second best, with the original glazed donut taking the lead. Thanks dude, for the donuts and keychain! =)

I think my Nokia 7200 is going to kick the bucket again very soon. It keeps showing, "Insert SIM card". Sometimes it's okay, but a slight change in position will cause that error to reflect on screen. Damn.

Anyway, my Mom bought me kids' toothbrush (upon my dentist's advice), meant for ages 5 - 7. LOL. The dentist said it's to reach my wisdom teeth better and also because my mouth is not big enough for effective maneuvering using a normal-sized toothbrush.

They are so damn cute!
Edited:
Younger brother lent his K800i to me since he's in the army. Ah, smart move! Because his phone will have a lower risk of spoiling due to non-usage. Thanks bro. =D Carrying 2 Sony Ericsson phones around is madness.

Since the start of this week that I'm at home studying, I've been drinking less than 500ml of fluid per day (which is obviously not healthy).

Everyday, I would fill my 350ml water bottle to the brim, and at the end of the day, it will still be 2/3 filled, some times even more. Sure, I drink a cup of hot chocolate when my sweet cravings hit on certain days, but my cup is so tiny that its capacity is barely even 200ml.

My cup with its matching plate.

Truth be told, I only drink when I'm parched. Also, my nights have turned into days, and my days are still just that - days. It's as though I'm high on drugs, just waiting to keel over. I'm bound to die early.

Of chemistry and the binding circle.

This weekend, we made up for the short time spent last weekend, and it was absolutely enjoyable. From tomorrow onwards, he'll be going for 3 field camps within a span of 4 weeks. And I'll be buried in my notes.

Saturday is finally here, and after what seemed like ages, I got to see my love again. It has been an extremely long week.

When we were out earlier, I merely mentioned that I felt like trying the Godiva's chocolixir drink, and my sweetest drug, being overly loving (as always), got me the Dark Mint Chocolate Chocolixir.

The chocolate was extremely rich, heavenly, but definitely not suited for frequent consumption because it's detrimental to both the waistline and wallet. But I'd like to try the other 3 flavours some day. I love NJ4!
