Sydney - Manly (4 July 2010)

Manly is the place to be if you plan to spend a slow, lazy and laid back day with your loved one(s), friends, or for some me-time.

Delicious and hugeass portion beef kebab!

After spending half a day at Manly, we headed back and shopped around The Rocks Market.

Spent quite a bomb at The Rocks Market, but I was one happy girl!

When you think you've got the best guy in the world, the golden egg in the basket, or the cream of the crop, think again. Nothing can ever be too good to be true.

Sydney - Sydney Fish Market (3 July 2010)

People who know me well enough would know how much I love eating fish. Even before I went to Sydney, I was already very excited at the thought of visiting Sydney Fish Market.

So the day finally came and NJ4 can attest to the crazy amount of excitement I had that day!

Super duper fresh and thickly sliced sashimi!!!

After we had our stomachs filled, NJ4 and I took a walk around and took snapshots around.

Just before we left Sydney Fish Market, we needed a sweet snack and so we got this expensive-but-very-delicious ice cream cookie!

You know how they say that food tastes better when you fight for it? Yup, so that was exactly what we did!

By the time we left Sydney Fish Market, it was already mid-day, so we rushed down to Paddington Market! Sadly, nothing caught my eye, but the items sold there were pretty interesting and unique.

And that, was another day spent in Sydney!

Sydney - Grand Pacific Drive (2 July 2010)

The weather wasn't fantastic on the day we planned to go on a mini roadtrip to Grand Pacific Drive, but we went ahead anyway!

Sydney - 1 July 2010

After all the procrastination and 2 weeks worth of unnecessary pain, it is time to continue posting on my trip to Sydney.

I woke up on Day 2 and felt like I was the most blessed girl around because I got to snuggle with NJ4 the entire night. Little did I know... So anyway, Day 2 in Sydney was filled with so much sightseeing and food!

It was a lazy morning for us that day, and when we finally managed to pull ourselves out of bed reluctantly, we headed for some grub at In Chan Thai!

Went back home for dessert, the Tiramisu that NJ4 made for me!

Nom nom nom!

We then hit town and the weather was rather warm and kind to us that day!

After all the walking and sightseeing, it was time for tea and our happy feet brought us to Guylian! Chocolate is my Number 1 happy food, so it was no doubt I was practically bouncing off the walls.

And the last 2 stops for the day were Chinatown and Paddy's Market!

Mmmm, the Emperor's Puff was totally satisfying especially when eaten immediately. Imagine hot and thick custard oozing out from a soft yet chewy shell, and when eaten on a cold day, the feeling was really quite orgasmic!

And that, in a nutshell, was how we spent our day together. =)
